Our specialisms include children and young people's mental health services, Research and Evaluation; Service Improvement; Training; Professional Development (Leadership and Coaching); Specialist Programme and Contract Management; Consultancy and Subject Expertise; and Participation of Young People through our team of Young Advisors.
As an ILM Approved Centre, we deliver up to ILM Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Leadership. We also deliver a Post Graduate Certificate in Transformational Leadership, in partnership with the University of Northampton
