About Association for Community Development
The Association for Community Development (ACD), founded in 2000 in Pakistan, focuses on empowering marginalized communities through health, education, water and sanitation, gender equality, and livelihood programs.
ACD health initiatives include the National TB Control Programme, Malaria Control Programme, National AIDS Control Programme, and efforts to expand TB treatment and combat MDR-TB.
The organization promotes gender empowerment and human rights advocacy to support women’s rights and leadership.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Association for Community Development (ACD) implemented PPM interventions in 14 districts in the capacity of sub-recipient of the Mercy Corps
