Association of Facilitators

The Association of Facilitators (AoF) is the professional home for facilitators, dedicated to supporting individuals who lead groups and teams across all sectors. Our membership includes managers, leaders, development professionals, consultants, and anyone working with groups in private, public, charity, or educational settings.

We aim to provide the highest quality training, accreditation, and supervision to both new and experienced facilitators. We believe that facilitation skills are essential for healthy leadership, group participation, and collaboration. These skills can be developed by anyone, at any level, working with any group.

Fundamentally, we encourage and support facilitators to discover and develop their own style for maximum presence and impact. By representing facilitation as a profession, we contribute to healthier, more connected ways of working and being.

Our vision is to enhance facilitation skills to generate positive, transformative outcomes for the groups and communities we live and work among.
