The Association of Food Science and Technology — KNUST (AFSTS_KNUST) is a student-led organization for all students reading BSc food science and technology at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. We are dedicated to addressing global hunger through the application of food science and technology. We focus on the science behind food, from production to consumption, to create innovative solutions.
