The Association of food technologists HBTU Kanpur aims to connect with all its affiliates, imbibe enough potential into budding minds & nurture the visionaries to redefine Food Processing as we know it today. It intents to ensure research challenges meet ends with innovation and modern techniques, pupils attain learning experiences from Alma Mater and Identify major opportunities of improvement in the industry. It aims to anchor development of proprietary tools, methods & techniques to encompass major challenges of the field and to ultimately train and shape the future and enthusiasm of the next generation Food Technologists.
