Association of Hungarian PhD and DLA Candidates II Doktoranduszok Országos Szövetsége || DOSZ

The Association of Hungarian Ph.D. and DLA Candidates - the largest advocacy organization of Hungarian doctoral students, and candidates - is organized by nationality The Association of Hungarian Ph.D. and DLA Students was established in 1994, but during this time, there were organizational and also structural changes. The Association of Hungarian Ph.D. and DLA Candidates (shortly in Hungarian: DOSZ) as a public body, it is specified in the National Law of Higher Education, which was accepted by the Hungarian Parliament in 2011. The DOSZ being a public body, represents all Ph.D. and DLA students in the Hungarian higher education system, their estimated number being 10,000. After the organizational change, we started to organize its academic departments, based on scientific orientations. The organizational model used for creating the academic departments is the Hungarian Academy of Science. Until this moment it has 21 different academic departments. Their members are Ph.D. and DLA students, and the total number of those who joined these departments would be around 500 Ph.D. and DLA students.
