Association of Master Trainers

The Association was founded by the Authors of the Method, Robert Rasmussen and Per Kristiansen in response to the 2010 decision by the LEGO Company to make the basic LEGO SERIOUS PLAY idea commonly available through their Creative Commons License. This led to an increased interest in the method and in offering training in facilitating and designing with the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method.

The purpose of the Association of Master Trainers is to deliver a uniform and high quality training of new facilitators in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method regardless of language or geographical location and do it in a way that protects, maintains and further the method's integrity and high quality.
