Founded in 2022, Assured Food Safety Consulting Inc. is a Vancouver, Canada based consulting company. We offer a combination of services following CFIA, HACCP, and/or GFSI requirements in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. We have been closely working with numerous food manufacturing businesses to help them achieve their food safety and quality goals with CFIA, FDA and customer(s).

Tania (Co-founder) & Simran Kamboh (Co-founder) are industry professionals with hands-on experience in the following areas:

· HACCP based food safety management development, implementation, and maintenance
· Pre-requisite Programs in compliance with CFIA, SFCR and GMP training
· Internal audit, Supplier audit, and Food Safety Program audit, leading CFIA audit, GFSI audits such as BRCGS, Customer audits such as Costco, A&W, Dominoes’, Papa Johns, Starbucks
· Preventive Control Plan (PCP) development, implementation as per import and export regulation, FSVP approval with FDA
· Root cause analysis and implementation of Corrective and Preventive action plan in case of a critical or major food-safety incident
· Preparation and Application of Certifications for various claims on your product such as:
- Vegan
- Gluten-Free
- Organic
- Halal
- Kosher
