About Assured Hospice Care
Assured Hospice Care offers patients on hospice with a coordinated and compassionate team of health care professionals, including registered nurses, social workers, and personal care aides. In addition Assured Hospice Care provides spiritual care support, medications, durable medical equipment, and 24/7 on-call registered nurses.
Further, hospice is a service that is 100% covered by Medicare.

HOSPICE CARE
Hospice Care is appropriate when:
You or your loved one is diagnosed with a terminal illness
If a patients disease follows a normal course, end of life may be expected within 6 months. (Hospice Care will continue to be provided as long as their condition remains life- limiting).
Patient refuses or is not eligible for aggressive care for terminal illness.
Further, hospice is a service that is 100% covered by Medicare.
