Assured Revenue provides a variety of software IT solutions including document management, online collections, and hosted SaaS services. In 2007, we launched the DoorSwap billing and property management system. DoorSwap is a fully hosted SAAS web-based property management solution for self storage, residential, and commercial property management companies. Assured Revenue sold the DoorSwap system in 2019 to Fullsteam. We designed and implemented our own software framework called ARNexus. Our billing and management solutions are all based on the ARNexus framework. ARNexus is a multi-tiered scalable architecture utlizing a persistant Java backend with middleware based on a traditional LAMP stack. The revolutionary user interface is a rich windowed AJAX implementation, delivered as a single-page application to boost performance and usability.
