About A.T.E. Chandra Foundation (ATECF)
A.T.E. Chandra Foundation (ATECF) is one of India’s largest non-CSR foundations, established in 2013 to channel the giving of Archana & Amit Chandra (Chandra Family) and the A.T.E. Group. We invest in scalable, sustainable and equitable solutions so that the most marginalized can thrive.
Our work is primarily focused across two strategic domains:
1.Capacity Building - strengthening social sector leadership & organisation effectiveness. Investing in the philanthropic ecosystem to serve society more effectively.
2.Water & Agriculture - partnering with communities and governments to revive water bodies as a means towards efficient water security; and investing in scalable solutions that materially uplift farming.
3. Additional Focus Areas - driving impact across India’s cities, ecosystems, and cultural legacies — through sustainable urban projects, conservation partnerships, and heritage philanthropy.
We are not a fundraising foundation or a CSR vehicle — we invest our principal resources to catalyze long-term change, leveraging open-source our learnings and collaboration widely across ecosystem partners.
