About Atlas Technologies (USA)

Atlas Technologies specializes in bimetallic (dissimilar metal) joining, creating chambers and fittings of high functioning co-joined metals like aluminum and titanium for Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) and Extreme High Vacuum (XHV) applications. As leaders in high-performance vacuum technology, we help our customers – in industries from cryogenics and nuclear medicine to particle physics and semiconductors – to achieve improved vacuum levels and increased functionality.
Precision bimetallic vacuum components designed and manufactured by Atlas Technologies offer low hydrogen, non-magnetic, thermo-uniform and chemical resistant properties and have been used in:
• Particle accelerators
• Large-scale telescopes
• Cryogenic cooling chambers
• Spacecraft
• Satellites
• Semiconductor fabs
• Industrial and chemical processing
• Medical applications
Recent custom projects include a variety of specialized UHV/XHV chambers, niobium bimetallic transition rings for use in spacecraft, and stainless steel to copper to stainless steel flanges for use in cryogenics. Standard products include bimetal flanges, fittings, vacuum pumps, windows, couplings, and gaskets.
By designing and manufacturing custom and standard products that solve some of the most complicated Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) challenges, we support the success of thousands of leading-edge customers from some of the most prestigious institutions around the world.
We’d love to help with your next project.
