ASI is a Skills Development, Corporate Social Investment, Social Development and Social Research consultancy. We are enablers for socially responsible corporate citizenship and committed to empowering our clients to make their greatest positive impact possible through Skills Development and CSI. We understand the South African socio-economic landscape and corporate pressures our clients face and use this knowledge to develop appropriate solutions.

Social & Labour Plans
Our team develops and implements Social and Labour Plans (SLP) according to the Mining Charter and best practice. Our SLP approach involves engaging key stakeholders, and proposing programs that are sound and meet the desired developmental goals
Socio-Economic Baseline Studies
ASI conducts socio-economic baseline studies. We use reliable primary data such as site visits, interviews and focus group engagements as well as quality secondary data.
Social Impact Assessments
Our Social Impact Assessments are conducted according to the National Environmental Management Act.
