About Atlys Global, LLC

Atlys Global Finance, LLC is the creator and operator of the Federal Contract Financing Program (FCFP). The FCFP offers competitive private funding solutions to contractors working on federal, state, and/or municipally approved programs or projects. The program is designed to focus on and assist the contractors’ business and provide them the operational capital needed to focus on completing a project quickly and effectively. The FCFP also provides project mobilization loans to help contractors begin a project without their credit carrying the overburden of deploying upfront seed investment. Contractors currently utilizing the program are seeing significant growth in their businesses and opportunities that may otherwise be out of reach due to liquidity or credit restraints.

The team is made up of construction, underwriting, finance, legal and governmental professionals that understand the complexities of working under contracts for Federal, State or Municipal opportunities, as well as in disaster areas. The FCFP team has the knowledge and experience to understand how a commitment by Congress to deploy federal funds, flows through local governments and ultimately becomes an obligation to pay the contractor’s invoice. The FCFP is also seasoned in understanding State and Municipal project appropriations, and the complexities that can also arise in the obligation to pay Contractors in an appropriate time frame to run an uninterrupted operation. The FCFP team becomes an extension of a contractor’s team, to help their business grow, and to keep their operations financially steady.
