About Aerospace Technology Research Group (ATRG) - Universidade de Vigo | atlanTTic
AeroSpaceTech is a multidisciplinary research group comprised of specialists in aerospace, telecommunications, industrial, and computer engineering. With over 17 years of experience, we began our journey with the launch of XatCobeo in 2012, Spain’s first nanosatellite. Since then, we have contributed to high-impact missions such as HUMESAT-D, DustCube, SERPENS, and Lume-1.
Currently, we not only develop CubeSat platforms but also specialise in systems engineering, integration, testing, and training. Furthermore, we have expanded our capabilities into the aeronautical sector, with a particular focus on Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), encompassing everything from design to implementation.
Our commitment is to lead innovative projects that drive space exploration and the development of cutting-edge aerospace technologies.
