We’ve supported volunteers in healthcare across the UK since 1949, providing over 500 organisations with the help and services they need to help others. We give our members a risk management, administrative, and education framework so that they can give to others more easily.

Our network of member groups is involved with hospital services, care homes, and mental health support in different settings nationwide. They run projects for people with life-changing, long-term conditions, and they raise funds. They create community, forming links with local businesses and educational institutions and stepping in where help is needed.
