Our team is led by Andrew Tillson-Willis (MRSB MCIEEM MIFM Mem.RES), who has more than 20 years' experience in zoological and ecological consultancy. Andrew holds Natural England survey licences for great crested newts, bats, and white-clawed crayfish, and a Natural Resources Wales survey licence for great crested newts. We provide comprehensive ecology services including protected species surveys, Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEA), Ecological Impact Assessments (EcIA), Biodiversity Net Gain assessments, and mitigation strategies. We work with developers, architects, planning consultants, and landowners to ensure projects meet ecological requirements and achieve planning permission.
Covering Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Birmingham and the wider West Midlands, we deliver practical, expert ecological advice tailored to your project needs.
