The Aubuchon Realty Company, Inc. (ARC) was founded in 1932 and operates a portfolio of 1M Sq. Ft. of net lease commercial real estate in 8 states including New England, New York and Georgia. We focus on retail assets across several different strategies: development, value add / Core+ and Core.
