Audioteka was founded in 2008, becoming a pioneer of the audiobook industry in Poland. Its listeners can immerse themselves in high-quality digital entertainment through, among other things, its superproductions and audio series. In 2023 Audioteka joined Wirtualna Polska Holding.
Today, through its products, Audioteka offers a vast audio library with over 40,000 titles, including superproductions created in collaboration with renowned directors, popular Polish stars, and excellent musical scores. The company also offers carefully selected content in German, Czech, Lithuanian, and Slovak.
Audioteka is more than just traditional audiobooks, its portfolio includes various formats such as audio series, educational content, audio documentaries, news programs, guided meditations, mindfulness training, and travel shows.
Audioteka’s original productions stand out for their high quality and meticulous attention to detail. The company produced the superproduction of George R.R. Martin's "Game of Thrones," featuring over 100 actors and over two hours of specially composed music and special effects. Audioteka’s superproduction catalog also includes works by authors such as Alistair MacLean, Remigiusz Mróz, as well as debut scripts from Polish creators.
