- Patient Outcomes: Anchoring all activities to improved delivery, results, and outcomes for UGI disease.
- Education & Training: Promoting and delivering high-quality training across the UK and Ireland.
- Research: Supporting director-led programmes with three specialist study groups (pancreas, oesophagogastric, liver cancer).
- Standards & Guidelines: Developing and publishing guidance; partnering in national audit initiatives.
