Aura Lifecare Private Limited is the flagship and the first manufacturing venture of Aura Group in India, which started its operations in India about a decade ago with an export trading company In the name of Aura Pharmaceuticals Private Limited based in Mumbai. Aura Group in India is promoted by a group of NRI businessmen based in Africa. The group promoters are engaged in multiple businesses in Congo, Sierra Leone, Angola,
Ghana & Benin in Africa and has ambitious plans to expand into other African countries like Namibia, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Sudan, Malawi, Zambia, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
With the establishment of its first manufacturing facility in India, Aura Lifecare Private Limited, the group have planned to expand its Pharmaceutical business in following markets in the coming years;
• Asian Continent: Sri Lanka, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar and others.
• LATAM: Panama, Bolivia & Jamaica, Dominica and others.
• CIS Countries: Russia, Ukraine and others.
We have a world class manufacturing facility at Village Karachiya near Vadodara. The facility is spread in an area of 55,000 Sq. Meters of land and is currently equipped with infrastructure and facilities as under;
- Total Constructed Area: 1,25,000 square feet (Phase I)
- Quality Control Area: 4,500 square feet (Phase I)
- Tablets Capacity:2,500 Million Tablets Per Annum
- Capsules Capacity: 500 Million Capsules Per Annum
- Liquid Orals Syrups & Suspensions Capacity: 30 Million Bottles Per Annum
- Ointments & Creams Capacity: 1O Million Tubes Per Annum
- Dry Powder(ORS) Capacity:60 Million Sachets Per Annum
The plant is equipped with the state of the art Quality Control facility consisting of;
•HPLC with auto sampler & column oven
•FTIR& UV Spectrophotometer
•Dissolution testers
•Stability chambers
•Fully equipped microbiology lab.
Currently we are exporting to various African countries like Congo, Angola, Sierra Leone etc.
