Australian Animal Protection Society

Australian Animal Protection Society (AAPS) cares for homeless animals while aiming to find their purrfect furever homes. Although most animals in AAPS’s care are dogs, cats, & rabbits, the shelter accepts all animals in need.

AAPS was established over fifty years ago and is a community-based, registered charity that relies almost entirely upon volunteers and community support.
AAPS works closely with many animal welfare organisations to provide protection, assistance, and welfare for the animals that come into our care.
