With more than 30 years of hands-on industry experience, we provide practical, real-world education that equips technicians, restorers, cleaners, and inspection specialists with the skills they need to deliver high-quality results in the field.
ACRA was founded by Garry Carroll, a recognised leader in the restoration and cleaning industry. With a career spanning over three decades, Garry has trained extensively with leadrs across global platforms including IICRC, BDMA, ADI, and HydraLab, and holds Master certifications in textile cleaning, restoration, and rug cleaning. His passion for continual learning and adopting new technologies ensures that ACRA’s training remains current, practical, and industry-driven.
Before establishing ACRA, Garry and Lorelle McCulloch built one of South East Queensland’s leading cleaning and restoration companies, growing it from a single vehicle into one of the largest operations in the region. Their real-world business experience forms the foundation of ACRA’s teaching approach today.
