Australian Road Safety Foundation

The Australian Road Safety Foundation (ARSF) is a not for profit organisation dedicated to promoting the prevention of both physical and mental illness and disability through the reduction of road fatalities and injuries.

It achieves this through innovative road safety awareness programs, driver education, advocacy, research and community engagement. Driving the safety of every road user, every day, to achieve a significant year-on-year reduction in road deaths and injuries nationally.

OUR MISSION
- To change the culture of Australian road users and authorities to one of awareness of, passion for and genuine commitment to, Road Safety
- To be an Australian peak body for Road Safety
- To research, develop and promote standards for Road Safety initiatives and programmes
- To raise awareness of the terrible social and economic cost of failure to adequately address Road Safety

The Australian Road Safety Foundation has three key areas of operation. These are namely:
- Education
- Advocacy
- Research

The Australian Road Safety Foundation will help to develop a sustainable strategy for reducing the social and economic costs of road crashes, as well as providing a platform for future research and advocacy programs
