Intuitive to use, designed to work on both desktop and mobile devices this web app enables the users to take control of all aspects of customer vehicles before, during and on handover.

Check boxes in the hand-in form to request vehicle owners full details (if needed to complete works) and to confirm if the hand-in was signed by member of staff or person delivering vehicle.

All functions bookings, customer vehicle delivery 'Vehicle Hand In', on the job 'Additional Work Info' records, 'Notify Customer (ready for collection)', 'Vehicle Hand Over' generate automated emails to the client, signed off with your business name.

Function to save 'Secure Work Information' against the work record that only staff from your business can view (perfect for location of equipment, technical data, and any information that is not appropriate for the client to have access to).

Ability to view all work records, current and previous, searchable by customer name, vehicle model/registration/VIN or scroll full list in date order (newest first). Work records include customer/vehicle info, work carried out, additional notes, hand-in confirmations (with customer signature - if present), additional work info, secure work information and hand-over confirmations (with collecting persons name and signature).
