Founded in 2012 with a vision to end addiction for the most vulnerable, Axiom Care is a Phoenix-based provider of substance use treatment and recovery housing. Our comprehensive services include drug and alcohol detoxification, residential substance use treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, medication assisted treatment, supportive housing, integrated care, and community re-entry support for financially vulnerable and justice-involved individuals.
