Azzurra Ceramica

Azzurra Sanitari in Ceramica was founded in Civita Castellana, near Viterbo, in 1985 and, is today a leading company in the field of sanitary wares and bathroom furnishing. Since its origins, Azzurra primary aim has been the offer of excellent products and services. Azzurra has received some of the most prestigious international awards: IF PRODUCT DESIGN AWARD 2009, DESIGN PLUS 2009 and 2011, RED DOT DESIGN AWARD COMUNICATION DESIGN 2009, DUE GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2009, ADI INDEX 2010 and three DESIGNPREIS 2011 nominations, Archiproducts Design Awards 2021. With a view to continuous improvement, and interpreting with efficiency and effectiveness the era of environmental sustainability, Azzurra has developed the innovative Water Saving project. Azzurra can make sanitary wares able to flush with ridiculous quantity of water; up to 2,7 liters, compared to 9 liters required by traditional WC. This allows to "save" 6.3 liters of water, hence 70% of consumption on every flush. That is a worldwide record signed Azzurra.
