At BDI biotech we provide biotechnological services and solutions in the Cosmetic and Nutraceutical fields, providing as well LBP production, to bring ideas from bench to reality.
We work as an external R&D department specialized in strain and bioprocess development (production, recovery and/or its application), scale-up and regular batches productions.
Our Services:
1) Strain Selection & Improvement. Whether it's yeast, fungi, or bacteria, we provide the tools and services to increase byproduct or biomass production.
2) BioProcess Development & Scale-Up: BDI biotech has strong expertise in bioprocesses optimization, both upstream and downstream. We're not just limited to lab scale; we've transferred and executed bioprocesses at a commercial scale, ensuring seamless transition.
3) Contract Productions: up to 500L non-GMP and 2000L GMP and ISO 13485. All manufacturing lines have downstream associated equipment (i.e. centrifugation, HPH, filtration, chromatography). Our installations and operational structure are at your service.
