The organization aims to build an intersectional community of women and their allies, who share the same philosophy to inspire, empower and support each other to take bold pragmatic action to accelerate gender parity across core pillars: health, safety, education, and wages. Be Bold for Change Inc. is a non-profit (5013c), co-founded by Nickie Smith and Kate Isler.
