Biotechnology Society of Tanzania

Biotechnology Society of Tanzania (BST) aims at increasing public awareness and understanding on biotechnology so as to create an enabling environment for increased applications of biotechnology in the country.

The society represents biotechnology stakeholders including scientists, university students and lecturers, farmers, journalists, the private sector, politicians, the civic society and consumers.
