Birara Genet Non-Profit Initiative

Birara Genet is a board-led organization that aims to empower under-represented community members (particularly those from low socio-economic backgrounds) in various vocational fields through targeted skills training in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The primary goal of the initiative is to ensure that our participants secure and maintain jobs that can provide a steady means of income. We aim to partner with training facilities and potential employers to craft robust professional development resources that our participants can utilize to find jobs.
