Manufacturers of Precision Presswork and Assemblies. Producing Pressings, Stampings, Brackets, Fixings, Metal Assemblies, Clips / Clamps and Dipsticks with in-house tooling design and maintenance.
Long established and based in the heart of the West Midlands, Birmingham Specialities Ltd. has served a multitude of industry sectors for several decades. From Precision Presswork and Complex Engineered Assemblies to the Rail, Switchgear and Electrical sectors, to larger precision components to the Mining/Construction, Thermal, Telecom, Commercial Vehicles and Medical Sectors.
With our In-house Tooling department, BSL produce and maintain the required press tool for the application, then fully prove it, for manufacturing method and process capability. The tool is maintained to ensure peak performance during production.
Further to this, BSL have become a reliable and competitive source of UK manufactured Tube and Pipe Clips. With various ranges of Lined and Un-Lined P-Clips, Tube Clips and Saddle Clamps held ex-stock.
Birmingham Specialities Ltd. have achieved status as a UK Market leader in the production of Bespoke Dipstick applications within our dedicated Fluid Level Indicator department. With various ranges of Handle, Body and Blade styles with custom forming and marking operations at our disposal to produce the ideal component for the customers' application.
ISO 9001 Accredited - Quality Control and Automated CMM Inspection technology goes hand in hand with strategic supply chain management and trace-ability to maintain the highest level of quality and precision at every step of the production process, with PPAP and ISIR documentation available at request.
