Breaking Isolation | URBACT Network

The Breaking Isolation network is an action planning network of the EU URBACT programme, composed of 10 European cities tackling social isolation. The network is led by the City of Agen (France) and includes the following partners cities: Pombal (Portugal), Jumilla (Spain), Isernia (Italy), Fót (Hungary), Tønder (Danemark), Skofja Loka (Slovenia), Bijelo Polje (Montenegro), Roman (Romania), Serres (Greece).
