Breathworks

Breathworks is an international mindfulness organisation and registered charity based in the UK. Founded in 2001, the organisation teaches mindfulness-based approaches to help people live better with pain, illness and stress and was the first in the world to develop a Mindfulness-based Pain Management (MBPM) programme. Today, the organisation has taught over 100,000 individuals and has trained over 700 people to become mindfulness teachers The organisation is committed to making mindfulness accessible to everyone through funding, bursaries and scholarships.
