About Broons Impact Rollers

Broons Impact Rollers designs and manufactures high-energy 4-sided impact modules used in Rolling Dynamic Compaction (RDC) and rock rubblisation across mining and heavy civil sectors worldwide.

For more than 40 years, Broons has shaped the way projects approach in-situ ground improvement. Our technology transfers energy deeper into the ground profile than conventional surface compaction, increasing density at depth and strengthening haul roads, working platforms, hardstands and large-scale infrastructure using existing site material.

Broons modules are engineered for demanding environments where heavy haul traffic, repeated loading and long-term performance matter. By improving bearing capacity and uniformity below the surface, RDC helps reduce maintenance cycles, lower operating costs and minimise downtime across mine and infrastructure operations.

Our systems are backed by decades of field performance, ongoing research and measurable outputs, providing engineers and contractors with defensible, data-supported ground improvement outcomes.

Broons Impact Rollers are used wherever large-scale in-situ ground improvement or rock rubblisation is required, from mining operations to major transport and infrastructure developments.
