Brown Transformations Consulting bridges gaps for underrepresented individuals in organizations by aligning business goals with DEI-focused KPIs through subject matter expertise consultations, digital self paced learnings and more!
We believe professionals are the same individuals inside of the organizations as well as outside of the organizations, which is why we extend our expertise to low-income families in multi-family and senior living housing facilities. In partnership with Uplifting Lives in Families Together (U-Lift, a 501c3), we provide affordable resources, training, and support to support their individual growth and advancement.
Our services include strategic DEI online programs and action plans, ROI-driven initiatives, and sustainability training for organizations. We also offer supportive service event plans, relocation support and more for low-income housing.
