Our product listing spans 1,300 items which include California cage-free eggs, a broad range of flours, mixes, bases, ingredients for donut shops, bakeries, cafes, catering, wholesale bakeries, casinos, hotels, and restaurants. We presently offer delivery service throughout San Diego, Riverside, and Imperial Counties, and will-call service
6 days per week.
Buchmann Egg Inc began in 1961 as a chicken ranch in east San Diego County, which evolved into egg distribution. Operations expanded in 1997 to include the bakery/restaurant division to help San Diego businesses source all ingredients. Buchmann partners with quality industry suppliers and vendors, and continues to grow a variety of inventory.
