Building Spatial Intelligence is a family business founded by Jeremy Pilgrim that has operated since 2002. With a small but strong team, we take pride in providing a suite of expert services designed to support effective property and estates management specialised across the UK. Our services include 2D CAD Floor Plans, 3D BIM, Integrated Dashboards and School Capacity Reports.
We’re proud to support estates teams across a range of industries, with leadership in the education sector, providing specialist consultancy services and estate management solutions to trusts and schools. Our team understand that a school is not the building but the internal operation that is unique to every primary, secondary, special, and independent educational institution. Because of this, we work closely with our clients to get to the root of any problems, understand their individual requirements, and provide a comprehensive, tailored resolution to their needs.
