Building Better Brains offers a unique approach with a dynamic multidisciplinary team. Their team consists of creative counsellors, psychologists, therapists specializing in dance, movement, creative arts, play, social work, trauma, drama, early years development, speech, and education. They provide one-on-one therapy, group therapy options, parent support and training, couples and family therapy, and consultancy services.
Building Better Brains utilizes a strengths-based approach with a focus on building skills in attachment, emotional regulation, confidence, self-expression, and communication. This neuroaffirming and trauma-informed approach aims to empower individuals to build healthier relationships and function better in life by building better brains! Together we can!
