PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (“BRMS”)
is a mineral mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange (IDX). Established on August 6, 2003, BRMS
is a subsidiary of PT Bumi Resources Tbk. The Company serves
as a holding entity for various subsidiaries engaged in the
exploration and development of mineral resource mining.
BRMS has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
since 2010. Currently, BRMS has a diverse portfolio of
mineral mining assets through its subsidiaries, namely PT Citra
Palu Minerals (CPM), PT Gorontalo Minerals (GM), PT Dairi
Prima Mineral (DPM), PT Linge Mineral Resources (LMR), and PT
Suma Heksa Sinergi (SHS).
