Boston Women's Workforce Council

The Boston Women’s Workforce Council (BWWC) leads a partnership between the Boston Mayor and Greater Boston area employers dedicated to eliminating the gender/racial wage gap. We do so by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the gap. We believe if you don't see it, you can't change it.
