C31 is an open access broadcaster for the communities of Melbourne and Geelong - our remit is to enable communities within our broadcast license to tell their stories and to participate in grass roots media.

C31 is an incubator or talent, providing opportunities for our thriving creative community to produce and broadcast diverse content on free-to-air television. On C31 you will see stories and faces that you are unlikely to see on mainstream national television.

C31 operates as a not for profit social enterprise and seeks to encourage participation, social inclusion and diversity of voice in the Australian media landscape.
