About C-Cube | Climate Cadets Collective
Climate Cadets Collective (C³) is a youth-led organisation working to make climate action more accessible, inclusive, and grounded in real-world impact. Founded by Vaishnavi Verma during the Millennium Fellowship, C³ started as a campus initiative and has grown into a network of over 400 young changemakers across India.
Our work focuses on three core areas:
Research, where we turn complex climate data and insights into actionable knowledge
Advocacy and diplomacy, connecting youth with policymakers and international platforms
Community engagement, through education programs, nature walks, and local climate projects
One of our flagship programs, the Climate Ambassadors Initiative, has trained 60+ school students across Delhi-NCR, with many now leading awareness campaigns in their own communities. We've also partnered with organizations like the American Center and Norwegian Embassy, and hosted dialogues with leaders such as Hon. Gaurav Gogoi, Dr. Amar Patnaik, and Prof. Ilan Kelman.
We’re also expanding globally through our Youth Forums on Climate Change, starting with Indo-Africa and SAARC, and soon growing into other regions. Our sessions and expert conversations are freely available on YouTube and Spotify, and our website features newsletters, research, and stories from the field.
At C³, we believe in the power of young people to lead lasting change—locally, nationally, and globally.
