At C.E. Floyd we make every number count. We care about the numbers. And not necessarily the ones you expect us to. Sure, we care about the budget and the dates in the timeline. Who doesn’t? But the numbers that really get us excited are the ones that engineer the most value, help protect the planet and help us earn the complete confidence and trust of our clients, the people we work with and the communities that depend on the buildings we construct.
We care about the number of women who work at our business (30%). We care that our client satisfaction rate is 9.1/10 and our repeat and referral rate is 93%. We care about every dollar and pro-bono hour we donate to local charitable organizations, as well as the 430 hours of volunteer time off our employees used this year alone. We care that 60% of our clients are non-profits. And that we have a 74% construction waste recycling rate across our projects.
