Since 1997 C'est si Bon! in Chapel Hill, North Carolina rests on three acres with a wood-fired oven and a seasonal herb and vegetable garden Our educational setting is set up to foster creativity with culinary skills to get out of your comfort zone to build teamwork and a strong community.
