About Cabonline Latvia
Cabonline Customer Service Latvia is a call center that handles taxi service requests and coordinates transport flow across Sweden. Our primary mission is to serve as an efficient intermediary between customers and taxi service providers, ensuring high-quality service and smooth information exchange.
We have been operating in Latvia since 2005, when the first call center was established in Riga under the name Taxi Kurir Latvia. Over the years, we have grown significantly and now also operate service centers in Liepāja and Daugavpils.
Our team consists of more than 280 employees from various countries, including Swedish nationals residing in Latvia. The majority of our staff are fluent in Swedish and/or Norwegian, enabling effective and professional communication with our clients and partners.
On a daily basis, we handle both standard taxi bookings and provide specialized transportation services for specific customer groups — such as individuals with mobility impairments, patients, and people who require specially adapted transport solutions.
