Caddy Group is made up of specific recruitment divisions; Mechanical & Electrical, Construction and Rail. Each person at the Caddy Group has technical knowledge of the industries and extensive recruitment skills and experience.

Caddy Group was originally established from a trade background and prides itself on its subcontractor like approach. Due to its early success it is rapidly becoming a recognised brand in the South East for construction and engineering recruitment, as of 2020 Caddy Group introduced the Rail division.
