Our members—including employers, unions, educators, equity-priority groups, and jurisdictions—collaborate to support policies and practices that develop a highly skilled, inclusive, and mobile workforce.

As the national voice for apprenticeship, we provide unbiased insights, foster dialogue, and promote apprenticeship as a valued career pathway. Since 2000, CAF-FCA has transformed conversations about apprenticeship, influencing strategies, showcasing best practices, and driving real solutions for a stronger skilled trades sector.
