For commercial, land, and construction loans, we implement a maximum brokerage fee of up to 1%, contingent on the specifics of each transaction.
On commercial, land and construction loans, we do charge up to a maximum of 1% brokerage fee contingent on the transaction.
Our response turnaround is within one business day for residential approval and commercial approval is dependent on the transaction type.
