CAPNETZ STIFTUNG

Herzstück der CAPNETZ STIFTUNG ist die CAPNETZ-Studie, die sich der ambulant erworbenen Pneumonie (CAP) verschrieben hat. Anhand einer stetig wachsenden umfangreichen und einzigartigen Daten- und Biomaterialdatenbank untersucht sie erfolgreich wissenschaftliche Fragestellungen rund um die CAP. Die Stiftung fördert Forschungsprojekte im Bereich der CAP und anderer Infektionen des unteren Respirationstrakts. Sie bietet Wissenschaftlern Zugang zu bestehenden Daten- und Biomaterialbanken aus den durchgeführten Studien. The core of the CAPNETZ STIFTUNG is the CAPNETZ study, which is dedicated to community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). Using a continuously growing, comprehensive, and unique database of clinical data and biomaterials, it successfully investigates scientific questions related to CAP. The foundation supports research projects in the field of CAP and other lower respiratory tract infections. It provides researchers with access to existing data and biomaterial banks from the conducted studies.
